Monday (Day 29)-
15 min. Strength,
15 min. Walk,
5 min. Yoga.

Tuesday-
20 min. Yoga.

I hope you have all enjoyed this Fitness challenge, I know I have! I want to push myself a little bit more in May with my exercising. :)
