♡ Rosemary Potatoes! ♡

I have been meaning to make this post for a while now. Micah made these for my family a few months back and we LOVED them, so I've been making them quite a bit and I wanted to share it with you! They are so amazing and the best thing is...IT'S EASY!

What I Use-
Red Potatoes,
Rosemary,
Parsley,
Garlic Salt,
Basil,
Pepper,
Olive or Coconut oil.

First, all you do is wash the potatoes (I use red) and cut them into bite size pieces. Put them on a baking sheet with parchment paper (so it doesn't stick, cause if you don't have the paper, it will :P )
Spread them out on a baking sheet and add rosemary, parsley, garlic salt, pepper, and basil. I honestly don't use any measurements. So you can add however much you like.

Cook them in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes (or until golden) at 350.

And it's that easy! These are great and something that you can just throw them in the oven and enjoy a show or some downtime until they are done.

Let me know if you try these!

Stay healthy!

♡ 30 Day Yoga Challenge! ♡

Hey everyone! So as I was doing some yoga yesterday, I thought it would be fun to do a 30 Day Yoga Challenge in April. I'll be trying my best to do yoga for at least 15 minutes everyday for the whole month. I'll be posting weekly updates with all I did for the week. (that's the plan anyway), I really enjoy doing yoga so this should be fun! I'd love if you did it with me!!

Tuna and Asparagus Dinner!

I'm not a huge fan of asparagus, but if you are you might like this ( I loved the tuna though ;) .

For the asparagus we used lemon, pepper and parsley I think. ( I use parsley on anything)
Tuna with grapes, salt, olive oil mayo, and pepper. Click here to see me make it.
I also had a piece of rudi's gluten free bread for toast.

Have a great day and stay healthy!

♡ Lunch at Nanny's!

Every week my Nanny (Grandmother) makes lunch for everyone in the family around our little family square (where we live) on every Sunday. My Pop has been in the hospital, (but he's a lot better now) so me and Mom thought that we should give Nanny a break from cooking, so a couple of my cousins and I made some things to bring over there, of course as much as Nanny loves to cook she still made a few things :P Here's what I made...
Rosemary roasted potatoes, (I'll have a full recipe sometime soon)
Orange glazed carrots,
And a semi greek salad with feta, grapes and tomatoes!

All my food was a hit over Nanny's, all of the salad was gone and most of the carrots and potatoes.

Have a great day and stay healthy,

♡ Derma E Exfoliating Scrub With Fruit Enzymes and Dead Sea Salt

This is my first Derma e product and I am very impressed! This is the Exfoliating Scrub with Fruit Enzymes and Dead Sea Salt, (Don't let the sea salt scare you, it isn't very harsh). I found this at the Vitamin Shoppe on sale for $11 and it's normally $13 there. On dermstore.com it says this is 100% natural! I hope that is true, and I don't see anything that screams 'unnatural' in the ingredient list. The lady at my Vitamin Shoppe recommended this to me, she said it works good for girls with breakouts and even for her so I wanted to try it.

It kind of feels like lotion on your face (but not in a bad way). One of the things I love about this is the scent! It smells really fruity and tropical! I don't see a huge difference yet. I was only using it 2 times a week so I'm bumping it up to every other day, it is gentle enough for daily use if you needed to.
Even if it doesn't clear my skin up some, I still think it's worth the money. It gets my skin really clean without drying it out AND without leaving a weird filmy feeling on my face! I LOVE THIS STUFF!!

I'm looking to try more Derma E products as I finish up my other skincare things.
