♡ Kitties That Stray Together...

Here are some pictures of two cute kitties that have kind of adopted us and stay here most of the time now.

Baby Kitty! We've finally been able to pet her and get close to her now!
 Orange Kitty! (original right? Or her other name is Sophia) She is more shy and won't let us pet her yet.

By the way Micah came up with "Kitties that stray together, stay together" haha.

Great fall breakfast! Pumpkin Spice yogurt drink (that is much too think for me to drink), With some cranberry granola and banana!
 I got my first Leaves candle from bath and body works yesterday! It is the mini one, I had a coupon! And I really have been liking it, it smells spicy, woodsy and like fall/winter!

♡ Veggie Wrap! ♡

This is one of my favorite healthy lunches! 
I just put some swiss cheese on a tortilla and then put some basil, then put it in a pan to heat it up a little then melt the cheese. After it's a little melty, I take it out and put some lettuce, thinly sliced cucumber, and very small diced tomatoes on it.
 Then I put some Parmisan Rach dressing on it!

♡ Egg Toast ♡

The other morning Micah was nice enough to make me breakfast and made me egg toast! It was sooo good!! He cut a circle out of a piece of bread, put butter on both sides, and put it in a pan. Then in a both he mixed a egg with some cheese and poured that in the middle of the toast and cooked the egg like that! When it was gone I put some ketchup on it! It was very good and pretty healthy cause we used sourdough bread which I hear us better for you than wheat!

♡ Anniversary Dinner! ♡

Hi my readers!! The other night me and Micah went on a anniversary dinner (our anniversary was august 27th)

We went to Olive Garden and we got a cherry cream soda to share. it's the best drink ever! I got baked Ziti and Micah got these stuffed lasagna noodles! It was funny because he liked my dish better and I liked his better! So we split everything. It was sooo good! Then we got a piece of pumpkin cheesecake!! Probably the best cheesecake I've ever had!!
After that we went to Plato's Closet. I tried on a few shirts and a sweatshirt kind of shirt that said "my boyfriend <3's me" I loved it but put it back haha.
On the way home mom went by Starbucks to get a drink for my sister and me and Micah split a drink to. We got a Iced Caramel Chai Tea Latte with whipped cream and caramel on top! Pretty much the best think from there I have ever had! You gotta try it! It tasted like Christmas in a drink! I'm gonna be getting that alot around Christmas time!
And that was about it! It was a really great day! :) <3

♡ Dinner With Meg and Jeremiah ♡

I now I know.. it's been so long since I've written! Tuesday night we had are good friends Megan and Jeremiah over our house for dinner. We wanted to have them over because they are actually moving today, a hour and a half away. I had made cupcakes for Micah as a very late 'birthday cake' thing, Brittany (my sister) made a cake for our friends, and Megan brought (AMAZING) brownies, and ice cream! It was a lil bit of a sugar over load, but a very fun memorable time. <3

♡ Vita Shake! ♡

So this is a great shake for a school day. I don't know if this is true but the other day I had this and about 30 minutes after I felt a bit of a energy boost! Maybe it was just me but it's work a try right? It's pretty much like a healthy chocolate milkshake!
What I use:

1 and 1/2 milk (I use coconut or almond milk)

3 spoons of Nesquik,
1 teaspoon of Flaxseed,
dash or 2 of cinnamon,
a few drops of vanilla,
1 Vitamin C (open it and dump the powder in)
1 Acidophilus, (do the same as the vitamin C)
Blend it all together!! 

And it's done! I really like it and it's great for a fast very healthy breakfast! :)

 I had lemon and pepper tilapia, And veggie and whole grain pasta with tomato and cheese, with garlic, basil, salt pepper, and parsley.Overall a pretty good healthy lunch! :)

♡ Citrus and Fruit Summer Salad ♡

I had this yummy salad for dinner the other night, made the dressing and everything. 
It's just romaine, some apple, and some white cherries.
For the dressing I didn't measure anything but mixed together fresh lemon and orange juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley and garlic. If you want a exact recipe I can get that together. It was so fresh and very good! Perfect for a hot summer night when you want something light. :)

♡ Tips for a Fun Workout ♡

That word...that word we all HATE.....'workout'.. ugh! It just sounds horrible doesn't it? Well...not to me because I'm a bit of a fitness junkie but I have a few tips I do to make my workout a bit more enjoyable. So for those of you who don't enjoy exercise just keep reading...

NOTE: I'm not a fitness expert by any means, these are just things I have tried that work for me. I think exercise is very important. Plus if you eat the right things and exercise you feel so much better physically. I notice I feel so much healthier and have more energy, and who doesn't want that?

1. Listen to music, either have a CD on or a Ipod. there are even TV channels for music. Music helps me kinda get into the workout zone you could say.
2. Watch TV. It helps the time pass faster. 
3. Have a Wii? Get Wii Fit Plus! It is SO FUN, not only is it a game but it really WORKS! You might not think it would but it does, they have arobics, yoga, balence games and more. I try to play at least 3 times a week.
4. Get outside! If the weather is nice, why not go for a walk? Which leads to my next tip.
5. WALK! Even if you don't like any kind of workout just try to go for a walk everyday if you can! 
6. Cute workout clothes. This isn't necessary but it helps me. If you have something cute to wear to workout in... doesn't that give you a lil motivation to actually work out? Get a cute pair of shorts and a workout bra or tank! :)
7. Get a buddy. If you exercise with a friend it makes it more enjoyable and you get to chat it up with your friend, maybe even have a little competition.

♡ Saturday Goodies! ♡

I wanted to show you the few things I picked up today! :) 
 This morning I went to Rite Aid and got the Revlon colorstay eyeshadow palette in "Addictive", I had a $4.00 coupon from buying 2 Revlon products last time, So it was only $3.86!! It feels so good to save money! Then I went again this evening and got the Scunci wide headbands for $6.80, I bit pricey I think but they were much needed. Then at Foodlion I got the Honeysuckle Honeydew EOS lip balm for $3.00, and a raspberry greek yogurt for around $1.50 I think. I ate half of it tonight and loved it! Great healthy snack. I have also already tried all the beauty products and am very glad I picked them up. <3

Lunch- Rice and Chicken with Tomato

Time for another lunch of the day post! Today I had some herb and butter rice and some 'Naked Nuggets' with some tomato's.
 The rice came from a pack, but for the nuggets I just put them in a pan, cooked them, then added the tomato's, salt, basil, and parsley. It was very good and healthy!
