Wednesday-

Thursday-
15 min. Yoga,
20 min. Walk,
Friday-
15 min. Yoga,
20 min. Strength/Yoga,
50 min. Walk.
Saturday-
15 min. Jog/walk,
about 2 hours of walking around in stores (probably more),
10 min, Yoga.
Sunday-
10 min. Walk,
20 min. Bike,
15 min. Strength,
