♡ 30 Yoga/Fitness Challenge- Week 1 ♡

I decided to add a Fitness challenge in with my Yoga one, at least 15 minutes of each everyday this month, here's week 1!

Monday-
10 min. Strength,
15.30 min. Yoga,
12 min. Walking,
10 min. Yoga for headaches,
13.30 min. Bedtime Yoga.

Today I had a terrible headache so I couldn't do as much as I wanted to.
But hey a hour isn't bad!

Tuesday-
15 min. Strength,
20 min. Yoga,
30 min. Bike, (a non moving one :P)
30 min. Walk,
20 min Bedtime Yoga.

Total: 1 Hour and 55 minutes.

Wednesday-
10 min. Strength,
15 min. Strenth Yoga,
15 min. Dancing,
15 min. Biking,
60 min. Ninja (a youth group game), and roller blading,
15 min. Bedtime Yoga.

Total: 2 hours and 10 minutes.

Thursday-
10 min. Yoga,
20 min. Biking and Strength,
Walked up 4 flights of stairs 2 times,
10 min. Bedtime Yoga.

Total: About 50 minutes or a little more.

You might be wondering about the 4 flights of stairs...well today my pop (grandfather) had surgery so we were going to the hospital and I have a huge fear of elavators so my mom took the stairs with me to the 4th floor... turns out it was the wrong stair case and the door said "do not enter" so we had to go all the way back down and up the right set of stairs. My legs were already sore from this weeks exercise so that just added to it! Oh well, at least I got some fitness in since I wasn't home.

Friday-
10 min. Strength,
20 min. Yoga,
40 min. Bike,
20 min. Strength,
30 min. Yoga,
10 min Bedtime Yoga.

Total: 2 hours and 10 minutes.

Saturday-
35 min. Walking,
15 min. Walking/Jogging in place,
25 min. Strength,
15 min. Bike,
20 min. Yoga,
20 min. Bedtime Yoga.

Total: 2 hours and 10 minutes.

Sunday-
20 min. Yoga,
35 min. Walk/Jog,
30 min. Bike,
30 min. Strength,
50 min. Walk (2 miles with Dad),
15 min. Bedtime Yoga.

Total: 3 hours!!! :D


Week total: Over 13 hours!! I don't think I've ever exercised so much in one week!!
