So this is a great shake for a school day. I don't know if this is true but the other day I had this and about 30 minutes after I felt a bit of a energy boost! Maybe it was just me but it's work a try right? It's pretty much like a healthy chocolate milkshake!
What I use:
1 and 1/2 milk (I use coconut or almond milk)
3 spoons of Nesquik,
1 teaspoon of Flaxseed,
dash or 2 of cinnamon,
a few drops of vanilla,
1 Vitamin C (open it and dump the powder in)
1 Acidophilus, (do the same as the vitamin C)
Blend it all together!!
And it's done! I really like it and it's great for a fast very healthy breakfast! :)
