This is one of my favorite healthy lunches!
I just put some swiss cheese on a tortilla and then put some basil, then put it in a pan to heat it up a little then melt the cheese. After it's a little melty, I take it out and put some lettuce, thinly sliced cucumber, and very small diced tomatoes on it.
Then I put some Parmisan Rach dressing on it!
